I grew up in the '50s/60s and it seemed like everybody smoked LOL but my mom's BFF "Aunt Rose" taught me more about everything than anybody could imagine lol she let me light her lighter when she smoked a cigarette & she gave me my first cigarette--a Marlboro red!

It’s 2024, & smoking is an outdated, harmful habit that has no place in a modern, informed society. It devastates personal health, leading to lung cancer, emphysema, COPD, & premature ageing, while exposing non-smokers to the dangers of second-hand smoke. Smoking is not only selfish but also hugely damaging to the environment, polluting the air, littering the planet with toxic cigarette butts, & contributing to deforestation. Additionally, it still poses a very real fire risk, endangering lives & property. With all the evidence available today, it’s time to leave this harmful habit in the past where it belongs.
