I've only been over there a few times, but I have heard many stories.
Closure of funhouses like that is why a lot of individuals have created their own; We have various friends in various states who have set up on private land, refuges for (oftentimes, mostly)truckers and other travelers.
A theater environment with (often) ample parking....one can come there and stay for as long as they like, enjoying as many as they like...over and over and .....
